Methodology
The WeightCompare UK Mounjaro Price Index is calculated from daily listed prices recorded in our price-tracking database. For each calendar month we take each pharmacy's most recent listed price per dose as of month end (carrying records up to 45 days forward to keep months comparable when scrape coverage varies), then report the mean, minimum and maximum across pharmacies. Month-on-month change is the average percentage change across pharmacies present in both months, so changes in which pharmacies we track do not skew the index. Prices are headline listed prices for a 4-week supply before discount codes, consultation or delivery fees. Records outside a £100–£450 plausibility band are excluded as scrape errors. Pharmacies are GPhC-registered; data starts February 2026.
